Decentralized Dispute Resolution In the event of disputes or security breaches, AuctionX must have a robust and decentralized dispute resolution mechanism in place. This may involve the use of multi-signature escrow contracts, the appointment of trusted arbitrators, or the implementation of a decentralized justice system that relies on community voting and economic incentives.

Breach by Auction House - Winner protection Auction Houses who ride on the AuctionX infrastructure, are independent organizations. In case, there is a violation from any auction house in fullfilment of promise to the winner bidder, AuctionX must be able to address the grievance. To be fair to all parties involved, AuctionX will hold the right to compensate the winner bidder - from the stake of the Auction House.
